• Amol is a husband, father, and investor.  He is blessed.  His work is his hobby and his family is his passion.  Amol is consumed by the pursuit of improvement - to untangle the complexities of markets, to understand the madness of crowds, and to enjoy every day.  After managing investments for pension funds and retirement plans for more than a decade,  Amol has developed a unique prism to view markets through a 'Latticework of Models'.  Latticework Investments is his fifth baby.  He is born in Mumbai, loves Chicago, but lives in Lafayette, LA with the love of his life - Anu, his kids Esha, Arjun, and Rishi, and their puppy brother Homer.
• ​Inspired by Charlie Munger, Amol built his personal 'Latticework'.  It is his personal investment philosophy to identify common threads that are predictors of future success.  It is a combination of studying competitive advantages, data science, and the dark arts.  Ultimately, markets are run by people, therefore understanding the madness of crowds is just as important.
